Mar 19,2020Working with Clearbanc has been Awesome. We needed funding and lot more than we were getting elsewhere. Clearbanc cares most about the performance of your brand. The onboarding can feel like much to some, but you're basically interviewed to join the Clearbanc family. And if you're a good fit, you can count on it that your offers will be fair. The best part is, the longer you're with them, the more funds you tend to qualify for. We can't complain, at all. The UI/CX could be better but when it comes to financing, it's FAR from the worst.

Mar 11,2020We've worked with a number of financing institutions as a young business (Shopify Capital, Loanbuilder, Kabbage, OnDeck, etc.), and Clearbanc is by far our least favorite. The nature of their product simply makes it difficult to use. You are never given a deposit of funds, but moreso have to spend on a credit card against an agreed upon balance. The frustrating part is that while you aren't "given" the funds in a lump sum, you still pay down the balance regardless - this means that you could be paying Clearbanc back for funds that aren't in your possession and that you may not even have utilized. The whole process of working with them and understanding the way they operate was confusing and frustrating. If you have access to pretty much any (reasonable) other financing opportunity, I'd utilize that first.

The process was seamless, I actually had a call with a Rhaelyn just before I was heading to the airport, I connected my accounts and when I landed from my flight I had a funding offer from Clearbanc and then did my phone call with Ben to review & accept whilst still at the airport - that’s incredible! Really grateful for such an amazing company and product! I’ve told many people they should use it!

Feb 27,2020I had a real pleasure dealing with Clearbanc. I was eligible for a top up, it was my 3rd or 4th one, and my balance was at 15k due out of 40k loaned to me in less then 6 month, with steady payments, and at the last moment you have refused to do my top up based on the nature of my business. I was counting on that top up and refused an alternate loan from Thinking Capital. Not a good business practice to handle your loyal and valuable customers and cutting them of on a biased basis.

Here is why Clearbanc was a dream come true: Unlike traditional bank loans, there is no cumbersome paperwork because you offer transparency into e-commerce data, and as a result, the money is available within hours of completing the few easy steps of the application. It is the fastest, easiest way to borrow money I've ever seen. Banks take weeks and tons of paperwork. Clearbanc makes it really easy to apply and receive money. I would highly recommend Clearbanc as a way to fund your growth.

I will never work with them again, and I have borrowed hundreds of thousands from them in a short time, as long as he's there. When he's gone, and I'm sure someone like him won't last long, I will use them again.
