THIS COMES FROM A COMPANY THAT HAS BORROWED OVER 300K FROM CLEARCO. THEY REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AS A COMPANY. I WAS PUSHED TO THE SIDE WHEN I NEEDED MORE FUNDING AND LEFT ME IN A BAD SPOT. DON'T TRUST THAT THEY HAVE YOUR BEST INTEREST BECAUSE THEY DON'T.

Since signing on a few months ago, I have had nothing but frustration from Clearco. They set up my bank details (for repayments) incorrectly and took two months to fix them, in the meantime I couldn't pay any vendors. Now the bank details have been fixed, I am still unable to pay vendors. Emailing Support is hit and miss. There is no phone support, only email, so you just have to sit and wait. When a response comes in, if they aren't familiar with your issue, they give you an incorrect solution, you go back into the support queue again for another long wait. Funding should take the stress off your business, by providing a cash flow solution, but using Clearco has caused more stress for us.

Everything was fine until we received funding. Customer support is shocking and are sending not even related emails to my complaints and closing cases. Funds where canceled and haven't been returned. Been trying to get a proper answer for over a week.

I joined ClearAngel and was lied to. I was told in exchange for funding, I would receive the help I needed to grow my business, and they would receive 2% of my sales for four years. I have held up my end of the agreement sharing my profits, but they have not held up theirs. I was very thorough before joining the program as I wanted to know exactly what kind of support I would receive. To date, I have not received ANY of that support. The coaches are a joke (most of the time, I forget I even have one) they literally have no staff left, and they do nothing for the founders who all put our trust in them. They say I am in breach of contract because I do not want them to debit my account any longer when they have effectively dismantled the program that I joined. They received millions of dollars in funding and used NONE of it to support those of us who were told we'd receive support. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

My company has been working with Clearco since 2018. It’s true what people are saying in recent reviews Clearco has been more difficult to deal with, not as responsive etc. My rep was able to get another advance done but it took many weeks and it was less than a third of what’s been offered in the past however, it was much clearer what the terms and conditions were which made it easier to understand exactly what the fee was. Andrew my rep explained that the company is going through changes I appreciated the explanations why funding took longer and not as much as in the past. Clearco is a great company, looking forward to working again in the future with them.

I am extremely disappointed in Clear Co. Everything started out great and our company spent ample time and resources getting the process set-up to work with our existing processes, we saw it as a long term agreement. I took several draws with clearco when needed and was told everything was going great and not to worry if I needed a draw anytime then it would not be an issue as we were running a model account with zero problems. Then July comes and I request a draw to get some inventory moving as I had planned. My Account rep takes days to respond and when he does, the clearco story starts changing the story about draws, now all of a sudden we needed to wait a few weeks to review the potential 4th quarter performance. So I wait a few weeks and continue to pay our % revenue toward our balance as agreed. We come into august and I request the draw, my rep takes days to respond and now states that due to the macroeconomic climate it has impacted the next capital advance for my account and he copies his manager into the email, The manager states he is going to call me, NO CALL. I am still waiting!! The worst part is they had made certain this was not going to happen to our account as long as there was no major change to our business. Our business remains strong. ! Bottom Line Clearco is having difficulty with its business model and I do not recommend its services. It has been a waste of my time and I regret ever taking their call or email from their sales team. There are many products out there, do not believe the hype that they are founders for founders. They are all talk upfront they want to get you hooked and raise your percentage as you become a number to them. Very disappointing.

I completed my application and connected my platforms. Signed the application and direct debit then was told they were pausing international funding 2 weeks later!!! Poor experience from a potential client!

Do not use. The company is active until you need support with repayment and then they delay, delay, delay actioning what has been discussed. Your account manager won't be available and support will take days to respond delaying this longer. Horrendous lender and will not be using again EVER.

First of all, we've been paying 2% of our Amazon earnings for almost a year. Or rather, we thought it was. Clear Co continuously pulls all data from your Amazon Seller account. It controls your earnings, steals your data and uses your personal data. YOU AUTHORIZE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR DEBIT, BUT CLEAR CO CONTINUOUSLY CONTROLS ALL MONEY ENTERED IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT! What do I mean? -Clear Co sees ZELLE payments sent individually to your bank account as a win and charges you 2% from there. -Clear Co determines the REFUND of FEDERAL TAX from your bank account as income and charges you 2% of a legal payment. It takes extortion like a usurer from the FEDERAL TAX REFUND you receive for the tax you pay. -Clear Co determines individual payments from your family as a profit and sends dark clouds over you. It also earns money. -Most important! Clear Co sees salary payment, sign bonus payment and even relocation payment from your job for a month as a profit and earns 2% from you like tribute. CLEAR CO CONTRACTS WITH YOU ONLY FOR AMAZON SALES BUT; - FROM ZELLE PAYMENTS from your family, - MONEY SENT FROM YOUR FRIEND, - FROM THE MONEY RECEIVED FROM FEDERAL TAX REFUND, - IF YOU ARE WORKING IN A JOB, FROM YOUR SALARY EARNED EVERY MONTH, - FROM THE BONUS YOU RECEIVE FOR THE SIGN BONUS, That is, it profits from all the money that goes into your account! We are preparing a huge news file and a case file on CLEAR CO. We will fully use our LEGAL RIGHTS. THEY WATCH OUR BANK ACCOUNT AND TAKE MONEY FROM ALL MONEY THAT ENTERS OUR BANK ACCOUNT, LIKE A USER. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE. They have the absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. You won't hear back for WEEKS after sending an email. They will charge you OUTSIDE of the scheduled parameters (They've incorrectly charged me for $4,600 and have had it for over a month with NO resolution). There are a million other lending companies out there you can use. We will never be working with them again and already have a new lender lined up for when we are finished with these guys. I love that someone replied asking me to email support@. NOBODY REPLIES TO THOSE TICKETS. Don't be fooled by this crap. They're great and responsive BEFORE they get your business. I've even called and left messages for people. Nobody emails, nobody calls back. It is an absolute MESS of a company.

Literally from when I received funding each step of the way I was unable to use funds in the account properly to pay my suppliers, the funds would show as successfully sent from their account to my supplier and after 3 weeks my suppliers are yet to receive the funds this has gone on Since January 3rd of 2022, I am writing this review on June 22 2022, they claim my company was the only company experiencing such issues with getting funds across to my suppliers they offer no apologies for how they have caused my organization more financial stress. They were supposed to help even with the excessive interest rate they have charged (I agreed to the interest charges to be fair) but I didn't think each transaction would take 3 weeks or so to get a resolution to get the funds across to my supplier, they at a point eventually agreed to send the funds to my account after many annoying emails to them, Not one of the 3 vendors I tried paying went smoothly, I would stay as far away from them because once they persuade you to take more money than you need in the name of just closing the deal, after that they leave you hanging almost to the point of begging them to do the right thing. I would suggest one of their other competitors as my experience with CLEARCO was horrible to say the least.
