Jan 09,2023Response time was timely while in communication in chat window but it seemed they were only capable of ''cookie-cutter'' answers.I called their phone number for assistance on multiple occasions but no one answered .However most things got resolution via chat window. It would be very helpful for first time importers to be able to have access to help by phone.
