I was a complete novice, and the ClearIt agents helped walk me through what documents I would need, and what the process would be. Their online system is very intuitive and easy to use. In addition, their agents were very responsive through the chat interface. I was never left waiting for a response very long. Being new, I am not familiar with their cost competitiveness, but they seem reasonable. I would definitely recommend ClearIt to those looking for an agent, and plan to use them in the future.

May 07,2020Good at filling the paperwork. But thats about all what was there. Not doing a great job informing me of what to come next or what to expect. For example, I had to pick up the cargo myself and was reassured that all I needed to take with me were a few paperwork. I showed up at the port with paperwork just to learn that there was obviously an importer fee that needed to be paid, which Clearit did not tell me about. Too many of those “surprises”. Very order taking service, used a lot of jargons and don’t explain. Definitely not “consultants” but rather “Paper-filling secretaries” at the most.

Apr 24,2020good communication, the platform is meh, they like to over charging on rates to clear customs to U.S from canada, iv sent same amount of shipment to U.S with UPS for the last year and never paid for customs once to be cleared due to NAFTA. now i get charged $278.00 for 2 pallets on a truck for agriculture products. Broker rates are $68.00 other places These guys are opportunistes finest.. and brightest. Good Luck to the rest of you.
