May 09,2022Good price, overnight quick delivery. so ten out of ten for that. Unfortunately when I received the hot/cold shut off valves they were vastly DIFFERENT to the valves I have installed. the old and new valves are both Emmeti cold and hot water shut off valves on the manifold. So there was no issues there. I just wish the shop had the dimensions when I bought the valves as I would have known they were not going to fit without having to redo the piping as well. Maybe the valves I have installed are the old version and Emmeti have remodled them and made them shorter...who knows. So my recommendation to Underfloor Shop is to try and label the valves with the dimensions so we know roughly what we are buying. All I had to go on was the description and pictures which looked perfect. I guess it is true what they say, size does matter. Anyway I would still use Underfloor Shop. Very professional so no complaints.
