I live in the West of Ireland, my neighbour had a long standing problem with his underfloor heating which was defeating the best attempts if the local tradesmen to rectify it. I contacted the Thomas in the Technical Department who couldn't have been more helpful. He talked me through some Diagnostics on the phone. Located the problem part, then arranged for Brandon to email me with details of the replacement and prices. Both Brandon and Thomas have been exemplary, and a terrific help. Courteous, professional and very efficient. Cannot recommend them enough. There are many Companies out there that would do well to follow the example set here. Worth every one of the 5 stars! Fergus. Spoke to Brandon on the phone, got a quotation, he turned it around quickly, I got great customer service, and a great value for money quotation. Delivery time was as described and came with two hour delivery window and it came with tracking too! My big order was exactly right with everything I requested present and in good order. Simply perfect. I would highly recommend Underfloor Shop.

Exceeds expectation. Superfast delivery. Ordered Thursday Polypipe 500m coil and promised Monday delivery but the Pallet was arrived next day. Looking forward to buy even more underfloor heating materials from them.

Thye first next day delivery arrived but was the wrong item. Upon informing the shop The correct part arrived the next day which was a saturday and I was not charged for special delivery. Excellent service!!
