Nov 12,2024I have several of these products and absolutely love them all, especially the Steam Water which has a gorgeous scent. The bottles also look good on the shelf! Delivery has always been efficient and customer service is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clothes Doctor!

Nov 11,2024I ordered a box of six woollen clothes sprays as christmas presents last year. Seemed like a nice thing to give people. it is a nice smell in fact. Despite my contacting customer service I did not get a reply about where the order was.. The order finally arrived about two months late. So I will keep them for this christmas. I thought I would use one to see what it is like and the spray has broken after a single try. Tried another one, Spray has broken after single try. Obviously too late to send them back now. Looking at the pictures on the website now looks like the bottle has been upgraded. Will try to find new spray bottles. Update - customer service have been in touch but I still need to spend £12 on new spray heads.. hmmm

Oct 15,2024I love my basil and mandarin liquid detergent and conditioner. I would definitely continues with my purchase in the future. My skin has been so sensitive to other wash products. this ideal if you have sensitive skin or psoriasis (well it worked for me)

Sep 27,2024Have been purchasing The Clothes Doctor products for many years now, starting with the No.5 Sports wear product. I now use Clothes Doctor products for all laundry (No.3, 4, 5, 13 for specific items and Basil and Mandarin Leaf detergent and fabric condition for general use). I choose Clothes Doctor products not only because they are very effective, but they are environment friendly (including packaging) and have a lovely scent. Highly recommended.

Sep 25,2024I bought scent bags for my wardrobes and shelves after I noticed my clothes were being decimated by moths. The bags smell lovely and I haven't noticed any new holes, so am happy and will keep buying them. I'm also using the knitwear mist on my jumpers. Thanks

Excellent delivery , only ever had one problem with an item not arriving and a replacement was dispatched as soon as the item was confirmed as lost , no fuss just very good customer service. Always packaged well in cardboard boxes. And the products !!! smell great and work !!!

Ellie at CD was great from the outset and kept me updated on progress with the mending. I was super pleased when my poncho came back and looked as good as new.

I love the fact that they are safe for the environment and cruelty free - but I also love how they leave my clothes looking, feeling and smelling. My woollen clothes have never felt softer. The clothes spritz is great - we have four rescue dogs and use a quick spray of the spritz on our clothes before we go out so that a feint doggy smell doesn't go with us!!

Sep 21,2024I love the Clothes Doctor range of washing powders and liquids. The liquid detergent for wool and cashmere is my absolute favourite. I only wish they'd make room fragrances to match - I'd be such a happy bunny if my entire home smelled as good as my freshly-washed woollens.

Sep 21,2024I just want to say that I have three absolute favourite Clothes Doctor products that really make me feel I’m looking after my clothes. First, the Cashmere Ecowash - smells delicious and is gentle on my jumpers but effective. Second Lavender and thyme knitwear mist - great for a refresh so I can wash items less often but still feel fresh. And thirdly the White tea and mint clothing spitz. It smells beautiful and fresh and makes it ok to launder less often and so use less water and electricity. I use these on individual garments but also just give a light spray into a drawer or my wardrobe. They will be firm favourites for a long time to come.
