Sep 19,2024I love all of the these products. I simply adore the white tea and mint clothing spritz. It smells amazing and freshens up clothes so brilliantly. I use it in all my garments. I also spray on soft furnishings and my bedding. I even been known to spritz my lingerie drawer .

Royal Mail did a good job placing my parcel somewhere inconspicuous and popping a note through the door to let me know where to find it. A very important part of the Clothes Doctor service.

Sep 09,2024Long delay in receiving product. They were out of stock in some ingredient and sent an email cc to hundreds of customers causing a huge privacy breach! When the products finally arrived they were only half full (perhaps they didn't have enough of the ingredient?). Customer service not very helpful.

Sep 04,2024Amazing products! I’ve nearly bought all of their items by now. The clothing sprays have become a staple in my weekly routine, perfect for easy maintenance of wool and cashmere. I also love their laundry detergents. The scents of all their products are lovely and uplifting. Ordering is straightforward, and delivery is always fast. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know. Their products are also super handy when you travel. I’ll definitely be buying again. Highly recommend!

Aug 30,2024My children's old nanny introduced me to the Clothes Doctor products as we looked for a higher quality and more ecologically friendly alternative to some more high street brands... we've been delighted with it - leaves clothes in great condition, the kids love the smell and feel, as do we. And they've been a breeze to order products from as well (which we've done multiple times in various combinations now) - zero issues. Big endorse for anyone who is serious about treating clothes the right way!

Aug 29,2024I had a nice quality, fairly new flannel nightshirt which, unfortunately, I caught hold of wrongly when I was taking it off and it ripped just near the seam. By the time I had taken it off completely, with being warm, the garment was sticking to me and the fabric had torn about two thirds of the way up, making it unusable (think what happens if you're tearing cloth to make dusters - to get it started takes a lot of effort but then it just tears at the slightest touch). I contacted the Clothes Doctor and they have repaired it brilliantly. I would strongly recommend their repair service, especially for expensive items or for garments that have a lot of sentimental value. They are amazing, they do proper, high quality repairs like people used to do in the old days.

Aug 23,2024Be very careful when ordering a product from the Clothes Doctor. When you order a product they put you in a reoccurring order procedure and sent you products automatically. I certainly never ordered a second product that arrived out of the blue. I am trying to return it, will see how that goes.

Sep 19,2024I have some expensive cashmeres. Always always dry clean. Now I have discovered this product for cashmere and silk wash NY I save a fortune. Very simple. Just leave for twenty mins and gently wring out. Really perfect clean now.
