Jun 02,2018I was recommended to use Coach Connection USA for our company Trade Show. I called and was greeted with a warm embrace. They took great care of me from beginning to end. They even had a quality control person call me after our trip just to see how things was. I can't stress how impressed i was to use this company. BEST TRIP EVER!!!! Glad I found them and will never use another company again. 5 Stars just isn't enough. A++++++++

Nov 04,2017Avoid this company at all costs. Coach Connection USA still owes us money for a job we performed for them earlier this year. After months of being brushed off they have finally stopped responding all together.

Apr 27,2017I was in search for a good Charter Service. I came across several different competitors. Metropolitan Shuttle, Burbank and US Coachways (To name a few). Prices were all across the board. After doing my research, I found that all other prices far superceded Coach Connection's USA. There service wasn't that bad either, the bus was clean and nice. Mr. Robert in upper management gave me a preferred customer discount on our next booking for July. Overall Great Experience!!! I look forward to using this service again!!

We called almost four companies and then found Coach Connection USA.The managers there were awesome and got us there on time.I don't know why they would have negative reviews because our experience was just fine.I can't wait til next year.My Aunt already recommended them to my school.

Apr 27,2017My family and I were searching at the last minute to find a bus in our price range and had no luck until we called Coach Connection USA. The woman hat helped us was very kind and patient and not only got us a bus and once she spoke with management and they approved it and saved us almost 800 dollars. We have already decided to use Coach Connection USA again for our annual shopping trip. Very sharp woman who works hard for her employees.Thanks Ms.Bostick very impressed.

Apr 20,2017WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I booked and paid for a bus in November for an April school field trip. It took one week of phone calls and emails before I was sent a receipt of payment in full. Seven days prior to our trip I emailed our itinerary as well as spoke to our agent on the phone, as my email went unanswered. The evening before we were supposed to leave I was emailed the name of the driver and her phone number. (As an adult, I feel that the a person's name should have capital letters...) The morning that another teacher and myself, along with 13 adults, and 39 students were to go to Carowinds for a field trip there was NO BUS. NO BUS We spoke with the driver and she informed us that she was not working and had no intention of driving to Charlotte. She gave us the number of her supervisor at NC Charter, with whom we spoke. He informed us that this is the 3rd time that he received a contract from this company with no payment and had no intention of sending a bus to our school. We were unable to speak to anyone within the company for several hours, even though the website advertises being able to speak to an agent 24/7. After about half a dozen messages were left unanswered, I spoke with the agent I had been working with on the phone on Wednesday of this week. He informed me that the process for reimbursement had already started and that only upper management could speak with me regarding my concerns. I asked him directly if he had paid the local company and he had skirted the issue. Repeatedly throughout the week I was transferred to a voicemail for a manager and every time was given the message that the mail box was full and no longer accepting messages. Thursday afternoon I was able to speak a regional VP, who was unaware of my situation. I mentioned the lack of a bus as well as the lack of communication over the week. He took my information and said that he would start the process of giving us a refund. I let him know that another agent had informed me that this process had already started. My concern is to how and why this happened after I had been diligent in acquiring and paying for a bus in ample time prior to our trip. He said that he would first work on repayment and then answer my other questions. He said that he would call me Friday morning. I did not receive a phone call. In fact, I have yet to receive a single call back from anyone at this company even after emailing this information to the owner. We are currently in the process of seeking legal action against this company for full reimbursement of expenses incurred as a result of their incompetence. Due to the lack of a bus that morning, 10 parents had to drive a total of 420 miles and pay $20 per car to park at Carowinds. I find it ironic that the company will respond to these reviews, but will not respond to emails or phone calls with me for a resolution to this problem. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This was the worst experience I have ever had in securing, paying for, and receiving services from any vendor - EVER. Please find someone else to take you on your trip - it will be worth any extra costs.

Oct 28,2016WOW, WOW, WOW. I must say, at first I was a little skeptical to use this company. I’ve read a few reviews that was posted on here, some good and some bad, but overall most of the experience I saw were from people who actually had positive things to say about this company. So I decided to call. Phone rang literally twice and a representative of coach Connection USA answered. The person I spoke with was Scott. First impression alone, I was blown away, his professionalism, customer service, and overall knowledge of the industry took me by surprise. I’ve worked with other companies in the past for our Corporate workshops, and meetings; but never had this level of customer service in almost any industry I’ve worked in. The quote was well written, very clear to understand and perfectly worded. Their rates was a little more than two other companies I called, but by far the better choice. Needless to say, after I presented this to the CEO of our organization, he also felt the same way, that Coach Connection USA was the better option for our company meeting. Such a busy day for us, Coach Connection USA knocked it out the park!! The bus showed up 19 minutes early, drivers was well dressed, professionally spoken, vehicles were almost brand new, white, with colorful interior. They had all of our the stops and address to each meeting site. This couldn’t have gone better for me. Absolutely took a huge burden off my shoulders, and allowed me to focus on other things like catering and dinner event. Of which, they also shuttle us to and from as well (Using two smaller vehicles). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling this company, for any and all ground transportation needs. There were two another lady there I spoke with, Brianna and Jennifer, both also very helpful and hands on with my booking needs. Take my word for it, YOU WONT BE DISAPOINTED> 4.5 Stars because, the only issue I had was that one of my drivers didn’t speak perfect English, but that was an easy work around. The other 4 drivers helped gapped that area. Besides that, PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT.

Oct 25,2016The level of incompetency of this company from start to finish is for the books. Let's go through the list - First i booked 2 buses in May for my October wedding. When i reached out to my key contact as follow up i never heard back. I then had to call them about 2 hours before my rehearsal dinner and they had no contract in place and i had to forward it to them and proof of purchase. This I can understand, mistakes happen. However it took hours with my fiancé standing outside the rehearsal dinner making sure we were all squared away. Going over times and addresses even though all of it was in the contract. 2nd - the bus was 15 mins late picking people up 3rd - and this is my favorite part. The bus driver was asking the guests for the address of the drop off. AGAIN - all of this is in the contract 4th - the bus was so hot on the way back people were getting sick. Multiple riders were asking for the driver to turn off the heat and it was never done. A 40 min ride with unbearable heat. Easy fix, turn on the AC I understand wedding transportation is not repeat business so they never felt the need to apologize after the first snafu and I'll obviously won't be needing this service again but if i can help one bride save herself the stress and worry I'll feel slightly better. This was literally the only thing that went south on my wedding day. Go with another company.

Sep 28,2016Coach Connection is as crooked as they come. I booked them for a school event and they verified it would be a SPAB bus ( special certificate to transport students). On the morning of event no bus!!! I had to call 6 times to find out they never had a bus with that certificate assigned to us. It has now been 2 weeks and no refund! They will tell you story after story and then stop answering phone calls all together! This is the most dishonest, deceitful organization I have ever dealt with. Please protect yourself and loved ones and stay away from this company!

Sep 13,2016This is an honest review meant to discourage anyone else from conducting business with this company. Unfortunately, this company called us the day before our booking and canceled due to a broken down bus. It has now been 5 months, and we are still awaiting a refund. This company's strategy is simple - when you call in, they have a customer service representative, but the managers/bosses are never there. In fact, the customer service representative admitted that they had a "terrible" accounting department and that their bosses "did not really care." Every once in awhile, I would be forwarded up the chain to another manager to deal with my refund request, and at one point they so much as sent me a picture of a check written out to me (never arrived and it's been a month). Each time I would email and threaten to write a bad review, they would send me something to assuage me "oh, we're going to Western Union your refund." But...as it has been months now, I now just want to warn consumers against this company.

Apr 15,2016I reserved 8 buses from Coach Connections for a trip, January 2016. 1 out of 3 buses I reserved in Chicago never arrived. My customers were upset about the 3rd bus not showing up, but we made it work. When I contacted the manager and he refused to refund me for the bus that never arrived and for the driver's room. I now have to file a lawsuit to get a refund for the bus that never arrived, and for the driver room. DO NOT BOOK A BUS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DO BAD & DISHONEST BUSINESS! 9/28/16- Continued I see that Coach Connections replied back, but this case is still open. They did not provide our 8th bus. They need to stop making excuses and refund me for the bus that never showed up. Again, when I asked them to provide the 8th bus driver’s information so we could contact him to pick up our guest, Coach Connection’s manager said he would call me back with the number, but never called us back. When we did not hear back from Coach Connections after several hours we called them several times during our trip and our calls were ignored. After our trip they kept assuring me that the driver showed up, but again when we asked for the 8th driver’s name, they never gave it to us, because they knew there wasn’t one. We had bus host for all of our buses and we had 2 bus managers and provided their information to Coach Connections dispatch and sales manager. If there were any questions from the drivers or Coach Connections, they knew exactly who to contact. All drivers were emailed a schedule with their itinerary and they were given one in person on the 1st day of the trip by our bus manager. All the drivers had our bus managers number and meet with them daily to go over their schedule. I don’t know how more organized we could have been. It is simple excuses for their horrible service and dishonest business.
