Each link to their customer service for returns brings up a different company and then that probably fake company tells you they aren't them and can't help you. Complete trash I wouldn't even drape my windows let alone wear this literal garbage

Jan 21,2022No not buy from this website. I received my order after many months and a PayPal dispute. The items were NOT linen and were nothing like the photo. I ordered two of the same twin set yet each set was completely different to the other. Do not buy from here.

Have emailed them and they keep sending the same message, not expecting to ever receive my order, complete scam!! 😡 This is the last email I got from them - Dear Sorry for the inconvenience. We will contact the related department and look into this situation for you. Have a good day

Jan 06,2022I’ve been waiting on my deliveries from an order made in October 21 and the only information shared is about the delay on the delivery due to COVID. As a customer the frustrating part is the lack of option to solve an issue that it’s not mine, and the refund would be a good start! After 3 months I’m not expecting those to arrive anymore and def not because of the delay explanation! So be careful when choosing this site to buy!

Nov 12,2021Absolutely shocking outfits - look nothing like the pictures, sizes also inaccurate. You think you are buying from USA but it's China - buyer beware and always look up the reviews to ensure you are buying from good source - I will be in future. Do not buy from this Company!

Nov 02,2021Ths website is a fraud/scam, I ordered a dressed, and arrived different item, no option to get a refund and also took weeks to arrive the package as the company is based in China not in US as it says at their website. Dont make the same mistake I did, dont buy anything from the is a totally scam.

Oct 15,2021If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered this beautiful velvet jacket and received it yesterday and it is complete CRAP! Definitely not velvet more like a cheap felt. I emailed company and they will do nothing about it , offered me 10% off my purchase price. Complete FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

I received a cloth which corresponded by far to the photo of the purchased dress. bad length, very bad quality of fabric, to see it it is not worth more than 5€. the customer service had nothing to do with it. they proposed me a credit of 3€... so much for a total contempt

Aug 17,2021SCAM SCAM! SCAMMERS! Do Not Touch this company. Also known as COCOISURE. I first saw them on facebook and the clothes looked amazing. They made out they were coming from America. But in fact they come from a cheap warehouse in China. I Paid 148.00 Euros. For the biggest load of Rubbish. The clothes are cheap and Nasty and only fit for the bin. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT TOUCH. And report there false advertising to facebook.😡😡😡😡

Jul 15,2021This company is a fraud, they send out poor quality that’s worth pennies to their customers and scam them with a high price, terrible flimsy packaging and when I commented on their IG profile, they BLOCKED me, don’t ever buy from them, lesson learned. I’m fuming right now

May 26,2022Don’t buy from this awful company! After weeks and weeks the trainers I purchased finally turned up after I threatened them with Trading Standards. Both pairs wrong size and cheap and nasty material, you could smell how cheap they were. They are now ignoring emails. £50 of hard earned money wasted. DON’T make the same mistake.
