Aug 06,2019If i can put zero star I'll do. I ordered a month ago and still haven't recieve my order, suppose to wear it tomorrow for my birthday. If you guys want business? Do your job properly, it's ridiculously slow.

Jul 23,2019Ordered a dress for a family member and it took 4 weeks to come. When I recieved it, it looked like a cheap imitation of a maids dress, very small, (I ordered an extra large) fabric like $2 a yard almost see thru cotton. The photo of what I ordered showed linen or loosely woven cotton, with v neck and sleeves in a beautiful blue color. What came was a dingy cheaply sewn sleeveless sack of a dress that nobody I know could even fit into. All the hems were sewn straight across with a sewing machine with no selvage at all. It was a turquoise blue tacky ugly garment my housekeeper would laugh it if I tried to pawn it off on her. This seller is fake, they use French designs with French models that are glamorous but you won't get them from here at this cost. After reading these reviews, I'm not even gonna bother spending money to send it back. I'll just give it to the Goodwill, and hope they can give it away to some poor sucker who would be dumb enough to wear it. Really, this is just a joke but I'm so mad about it, needed to have a laugh. Don't buy from here, you'll be disappointed for sure. And throwing money to the wind.

Jun 20,2019Horrible horrible experience. Received the items after nearly a month and they as they say afterwards the size are "asian" and different from US or EU sizes. Perhaps they should state it on the website? After asking for an exchange they inform me that I need to pay for the postage and since it will be quite pricey, they suggest I give my items to someone smaller and buy new ones! What a scam! I have also never seen such a poor quality. It seems that they also have different companies with different names to avoid building up bad reviews. WHAT A SCAM!

Mar 08,2019Seems to be a pure scam. Their Chinese Sizes are not comparable to American and European standards. They even save fabric on sleeves. They asked to return a dress and never sent a replacement back.

Jan 10,2019If I could give zero stars I would.I ordered a skirt, the stitching was bad and it was uneven and miss-shapen.They make you pay to return to them also.They confirmed they received my return but tell me it will take 1 month to return my money to my account.I really doubt I will ever see this money again.DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Dec 13,2018Unfortunately I made bad experiences with this company as well. I ordered a shirt for 35$ in August. After a dozen emails it finally artiv yesterday. It took them three f****** months to send me a shirt. Btw it’s too small but I won’t take the risk and send it back...don’t buy there fellas!!

Dec 04,2018The tracking indicated my item got delivered but I did not get it. I wanted to file a claim with my post office but they required the sender to submit the claim on their end first with the courier they used. Cotton and Coco have given me the run a round. This has been absolutely horrible. All I want is the dress that I paid for. I did not get it so wanted to at least try to get compensation from the post office. Very disappointed.

Nov 20,2018Never received my order. Never got refund. After numerous attempts to contact them, I gave up. First excuse, was that it was out of stock. Then it became a matter of the refund will be in my account in weeks. Until it was downright no communication and still no refund. Good thing it was only a $26 top. All I can say is - BEWARE. I am now of the opinion they are fraudulent company and the product I ordered was non-existent to start with. What do we call those people - thieves?

Oct 17,2018The company states on its Facebook page - “We believe that all woman deserve to look stunning by being able to buy unique designer styled clothing at affordable prices.” Well I don’t look too stunning in a dress that would fit a skinny barbie doll and it was not really an affordable price when taking into account the quality. The same dress is on eBay for 70% cheaper!!!!!!! What a con. I paid over $55 Australian and they had the nerve to put on the parcel that the value was $3. Wish I read these reviews before. Their return policy wording is also ambiguous and loose. The parcel has to be back in their office within 14 days. Not posted back within 14 days. Too bad if there is a postal service strike or there is a delay due to weather etc. If they don’t have the parcel in their hot little hands within 14 days of delivery to the consumer, it is too bad so sad. The parcel is not accepted and returned. Not sure I want to spend over $20 postage ($38 if I want to send it express to get there within 14 days and that is not guaranteed) just to get the useless (and overpriced) dress sent back for me to put in the lifeline bin. I guess pirates come in all forms. JUST AN UPDATE I posted a similar comment on their Facebook ad. Their way of dealing with it was to delete it and then block me from the ability to comment. Talk about censorship.

Sep 28,2018Similar to other reviews....i wish I'd seen this first. The 'boho' dress i bought is 2-3 sizes smaller than it should be. My arms don't even fit in it. It's not good quality and doesn't look like the picture. What a waste of $55. It's from China, which is not clear on the website. It doesnt sound like refunds ever come through so I'm not even sure its worth spending anotjer $15 on postage..

Sep 25,2018Not too happy. Dress is very small size, typically Asian sizing, can't wear it so will give it to someone who might fit it. Not clear anywhere it is coming from China, so i won't return it. Don't buy from here its too difficult if things go wrong.

Jul 26,2018This order took almost 2 months to arrive and once I got it I hardly recognized it. I ordered the Quinn romper and what I got looks like a LONG skinny version of the outfit. So disappointed! I may be able to do some alterations to make it wearable but will never look like the picture!

Aug 09,2019ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. A REAL SCAM. Been totally ripped off by this company. I ordered three items more than 6 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. It seems that they change their name because there are a few websites with the same items and similar prices. It's all from China and the clothes look nothing like the pictures on Instagram. I was stupid enough to order from another company as well. I think I just have to resign myself to the fact that I have lost my hard-earned money. What an absolute disgrace you are. These clothes are too embarrassing to give to the poor.
