Feb 05,2021Ordered some boots from them for £29.99. It took about a month for them to arrive and when they did the quality was so poor. They also didn’t fit even though I used their guide and that they advised to order your usual size. I contacted them saying that I wanted to return them only to be told they don’t accept returns. Stay away!!

Feb 03,2021Lovely website ... Great clothes ... very reasonably priced. BUT ... You will wait for months and get very few of the items you ordered. Customer service ( Jessie), will offer you alternative after alternative or a refund, (less admin fee). I spent £100 and in the end, had a grotty jumper, 3 pairs of shoes all a size too small, and a crap necklace.

Jan 14,2021Coco houses website... Ordered two jumpers in xxxl cost 50 came way too small from China.. Says you can have a refund on the website you can't after the sales person trying to dissuade you they tell you it costs more than the jumpers to send them back to China stay away from this company.

Dec 28,2020PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You will receive your purchase...eventually, but it will look nothing like what you thought you would be getting. This is a China based company with a UK website. All goods come from China and getting a refund is virtually impossible. STAY WELL CLEAR.

Dec 08,2020I wish I could give 0 as they don’t even deserve 1 it’s a complete scam I am in constant battles to try and get a refund. I am also fighting with PayPal to try get them to believe this website is a scam! The items come and they’re nothing like the pictures like not even same colour or style it’s so so bad!!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

Nov 30,2020This website is a major scam. They sent a bag full of the wrong products in bags with the SKUs matching the items in my order and are trying to charge me international shipping to return the random items they sent me before refunding me for never receiving anything that I ordered!

Oct 28,2020I am so angry!! I spent $100 on 2 items and it took 3 months to arrive and it is not what I ordered. I ordered a white jumpsuit and got a see through black cheap top and I ordered the tracksuit, received a see through knit cardigan fit for a child and the trousers have been made by a child!! I keep emailing and they keep saying I have to pay $20 to return or they can give me 25% refund instead for the mistake. I can’t believe this con site is even allowed to still be live. How is this even allowed in 2020! I will be finding a way to get this site shut down.

Oct 20,2020I ordered in July, I still have not received my package. They blame it on the couriers, saying they shipped it. They offered my 5 percent discount next time I ordered and are diverting from my refund. Over 100 bucks spent with them and no package.

Sep 29,2020"Coco & Lora" I ordered a fall sweatsuit and received a cheap $10 red dress. They are telling me that they will give me a 10% refund.You order from them, a different entity shows up on the billing and then they send you any item in hopes that you think it is a mistake. Great marketing and the items look nice on the website, but they are in marketing not clothing business. FAKE ADS. BUYER BEWARE.

Aug 27,2020Ordered a pair of slippers on 12th June. I still have not recieved them. They are blaming the courier and making me get in contact with a courier they are not telling me who the courier is or giving me a refund. I have asked for a refund on numerous emails to them but they are still adamant that the courier still have my items. Over 2months and still not arrived no nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. Take your money but don't deliver the products

Aug 17,2020I wish I could give a ZERO to this company. They are very shady. My order took two months to arrive and when it did the quality was hideous. I contacted them to request a return and they tried to negotiate with me to keep the items at a discount. I did not want to. Finally after they realized I would. Or budge and I filed a report with PayPal they finally said they would refund IF I paid for the return to another country entirly!! Don’t do business with this company. They are not honest.

Aug 16,2020If I could give no stars I would. Please don’t fall for this SCAM of a company. Flashy photos making their clothes look good but they are of poor quality, very badly made, no size labels, no care labels, very cheap material, odd sizing, and really badly made. Have tried to return them but they just refuse to except them on the grounds that they don’t fit and that I am not happy with the quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. An insult to even give them to a charity shop.

Mar 01,2021Do not trust this company. I ordered sandals and they were cheap and nasty. Put together all wrong. Did not fit..I ordered size 41 and 43 sent! Asked for return label (ha! Ha!) and refused. No refund as they said I got what I ordered. Well I didn’t! Trash from China via Cocoenjoy. After my complaint went to them they sent a message refusing to refund. That was a mess ..... they couldn’t even spell Bob backwards.
