If I were to make a constructive comment, I am an account holder and would have preferred (were the option to be available) to have placed these purchases against my account.

Apr 14,2020I bought a pair of running shoes from Coes, after having done a fair bit of research. Unfortunately they didn't really live up to expectations and I contacted their customer service for help and advice. I was allowed to return my shoes and they helped me find a pair that better suited my needs. The refund for the first pair was fast and all contact I had with Coes was super friendly and quick! Can't recommend them enough!

Apr 14,2020I required to return the item that I had purchased online but there was no returns label and no instructions as to how to make a return and I am attempting to follow the government's advice to stay at home but if I want a refund I have no alternative but to make a trip to the post office and pay for the postage and insurance.
