As someone new to crypto who is just trying to learn, I also appreciated being treated like a person and not treat a convicted money launderer who had to prove his innocence before I could use their service.

Nov 28,2024While using the CoinFlip kiosk, I chose to use the cancel button to terminate the transactions and recover my cash. Nothing happened when using the cancel button, and the transaction completed. I called the service desk, and the person with whom I spoke was generally pleasant. She acknowledged the problem with the cancel button and indicated it was not the problem of CoinFlip, but rather the developer of the system. Not a very responsible response, obviously, nor did CoinFlip offer to help remedy this situation. Jan 18, 2025 - Received a boiler plate response to help from CoinFlip, and when I asked for some sort of remediation, there was nothing. Be careful and manage expectations when using this platform.
