I bought $300 in ETH from them yesterday morning and it still has not hit my crypto Account these guys suck! Further, my wife emailed them and they still have yet to respond to her as well as texted them!!! Even With a receipt!!
While using the CoinFlip kiosk, I chose to use the cancel button to terminate the transactions and recover my cash. Nothing happened when using the cancel button, and the transaction completed. I called the service desk, and the person with whom I spoke was generally pleasant. She acknowledged the problem with the cancel button and indicated it was not the problem of CoinFlip, but rather the developer of the system. Not a very responsible response, obviously, nor did CoinFlip offer to help remedy this situation. Jan 18, 2025 - Received a boiler plate response to help from CoinFlip, and when I asked for some sort of remediation, there was nothing. Be careful and manage expectations when using this platform.
