Nov 17,2024The individual working at the CoinFlip order desk was an exceptionally great person to be the face of CoinFlip. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He did everything within his power to assist me in getting my application verified and approved. However, CoinFlip asked and wanted verification of where my money was coming from and requested information that I wouldn’t give my own mother. They disapproved my application without the courtesy of telling my why. I can understand their reasoning for confirming I’m not laundering money or something else illegal. It took CoinFlip more than a week of business days to complete their verification process. I felt bad for my councilor, as he couldn’t get any answers to see what other hoops I could jump through to get approval. I’m not fluent in Crypto and just getting started. I had friends assisting me and that’s where I screwed up. Overall I gave CoinFlip a rating of 4 stars. Maybe it should have been a 5 star as some of this could’ve been my own stupidity of not knowing how to do the whatever’s.

Nov 10,2024Since receiving a wallet from Coinflip, I have encountered a series of issues. I have been attempting to transfer funds to the same address since November 7th, as I have successfully done in the past. Howeve, I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions, both by phone and email, to see why this keeps occurring and to request expedited answers on delivery of the funds. Despite my efforts, and now the weekend is almost over and I have yet to receive a resolution from the company.

Nov 09,2024I just wanted to give a shout out to the company and the guys I've dealt with at CoinFlip. I have been using them for a number of months now and want to acknowledge the great service and the ease at which it is to deal with this company. I've used their ATM machines and have to say that in comparison, the rates you're given are much better than other companies...so let's start there! Secondly to be able to buy in larger amounts I set up "Preferred account" This was easy to do and was set up in no time. After that you're assigned a CS REP. The fellow I deal with, Isiah, is amazing. Excellent follow-up, quick service, and he is very personable. I can't thank him enough! I feel this company and the people that work for it are really settling a high standard in an age that just doesn't feel CS is that important or have to make their customers feel good about dealing with them. If you're looking to do business in this space, and are looking for great rates,and great CS I can't recommend CoinFlip enough!!

I was assisted through the whole process by Isiah Aslam whose on going helpfulness has been very impressive. He updates you through the process which takes less than an hour to have the bitcoin in your wallet. He was concise , knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure to work with him.
