Sep 18,2021I rang up several days before my visit and spoke to Andy Tietjen, he helped me with all my questions and queries. Very friendly and welcoming, great customer service, overall very pleased. Got so much help during the first month of having my new ride, can’t thank him enough. Over the moon with my new bike :) Thank you so much.

Sep 16,2021Called up to arrange a service for my bike, I was told that someone from the servicing team would call me back that afternoon, I received a call back the following morning, simply to inform me that its their company policy to not service any bikes over 6 years old, even though they were the last people to service my bike. There is no information online to help make anyone aware of this ridiculous policy or to stop them wasting their time! Seems that customer loyalty is not a thing here. Its a shame, as I spoke to someone last year about booking in for this service (one of the mechanics I believe) but unfortunately wasn’t able to get it done at the time, but he was very polite and willing to help... Either he was unaware of the policy, or this is a recent change, either way I don’t recommend you waste your time with this company, not if this attitude is a glimpse into how they will be conducting business in the future! Also incredibly quick at removing my post on Facebook informing unsuspecting customers, just a little sad...

May 16,2021Wow this kawasaki dealership should be given 6 stars. Staff are fantastic. I picked 7 bikes to look at and settled on a kawasaki z1000 sx performance. The bike was priced fair and in lovely condition . I was treated with 1st class professionalism. They bough my bike and gave me a great price. Jack copson consumate professional in his trade. . I will be returning back when I need kit or another bike. Only dealer I know off that has a barbers,cinema and a cobbled street and a cafe.

May 05,2021I came in today to collect a bike, wandered around looking for reception, asked at the parts counter who contacted a member of the sales team and mumbled something to me, I waited around until I got impatient, asked at the parts counter who contacted the sales team again, who we're looking for the key. I inspected the bike, went upstairs to complete the handover, waited around again until someone eventually came over, that must be what the additional £100 admin fee was for. I've never bought anything from somewhere so indifferent to their customers, I was ignored while they got on with other things. I don't expect them to be as excited as me but they knew I was collecting the bike and had prepared nothing. This lazy attitude and indifference is not good for business, why not put that £100 admin fee towards a coffee machine and wake yourselves up a bit, maybe even offer one to those buying bikes from you?

Nov 11,2020I first found Colchester Kawasaki on a web search for a Kawasaki vulcan motorcycle. I found a vulcan on their website and called the sales number. The salesman who answered was Matthew Terry, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful with the process going above and beyond the call of duty, and always there on the phone as much as possible bearing in mind how busy this company is being the largest Kawasaki dealer in Europe. He oversaw all the dealings with the servicing and MOT leading me to be a very happy and satisfied customer with an amazing machine that I'm confident with knowing that it's been through the hands of efficient professionals. He was super easy to talk to, never pushy, patiently answered all my questions, sent me loads of photos (as I was buying the bike unseen), kept me informed throughout, and made the whole process easy and pleasant...and despite this hectic week they managed to get me my bike today, just in time for lock down! Even the delivery driver (whose name I forget unfortunately) was s pleasure to deal with, friendly and patiently talked me through the bike and paperwork. Most grateful! Many thanks!

Buying a bike without seeing it in the 'flesh'and some 250 miles away is not my usual way of buying a bike but after speaking to Andy I was assured about it's condition. When it arrived I was not disappointed... absolutely pristine. If I am ever in the area might just call in for a visit and my next bike from CK. Highly recommended.

I came away with my mind blown with such a setup, oh and a full stomach from the superb food from the in house race cafe.. Got everything I needed and more. No pressure advice, answered all my newbie q's and put my mind at rest with anything I asked. Helped arrange delivery and ensured it got to me ok etc. On top of everything else, he spoke to me like a PERSON not just a customer, which is so important and makes the service all that more personal. 100% I will be trading in my little beastie when I eventually get my big girl license and power up! Also - Nigel! Delivery man with a smile! Super helpful, on time and just all round top bloke!! Thanks again man, much appreciated

Feb 06,2020I visited them with a friend and someone stole my TPMS from outside the dealership. Whilst it wasn't their fault I left a number and asked them to go through the CCTV. They didnt call back on saturday, sunday and monday they are closed, they were meant to call me on Tuesday and didnt. I chased them on Wednesday and they admitted they had forgot and would review it. Five minutes later they called back saying they couldn't see anything, apparently they cant fast forward the CCTV so they reviewed over an hour visit in 5 to 10 minutes, not possible. They just fobbed me off as they couldn't be bothered to look. I would have thought a thief would alert the business and be of importance to them, it could be a customer or even an employee, either way I would want to know if it was my business. My advice lock your bike, leave nothing loose or removable as they really couldn't care less. Be aware.

Oct 23,2019My customer feedback is well overdue but I had to write something about my experience and involvement with Colchester Kawasaki over the 2.5 years. Firstly, my journey starts with Emma Fiely (a part of the sales representative team) who arranged the part exchange of my old bike (2015 Aprilia RSV4 RF) and for me to take delivery at the time, a brand new 2017 Aprilia RSV4 RF first launch 2.5 years ago with designer race suit and unboxing photo. Emma has always maintained the utmost professionalism with a great personality to match (2.5 years later I’m still smiling when I ride my bike, so thank you very much Emma), secondly, Kawasaki Performance, Naomi for the Dyno tune’s and always have time for a customer. Lastly, and a big thank you to the service department including Liam / Nick / Wayne for the excellent service to date, especially sorting out my new set of keys plus arranging the pickup, installation, and reprogramming of my new keys for my bike. I was extremely devastated when someone has stolen my bags which contained both sets of keys in Barcelona. But Nick has always been very helpful and fully supportive in my experience owning my bike, it’s a real shame, not all dealership has Colchester Kawasaki professionalism and competence, anyway, Thank you, team.

Jun 18,2019I have just had the 1st service carried out today on my new Aprilia Shiver by Colchester Kawasaki. As previously with my Kawasaki Z1000SX the service I received today was 1st class. Wayne on service reception was extremely helpful and professional. The attention to detail is superb. Feeding back on all aspects of the service carried out. I enjoyed a full English breakfast in the cafe upstairs whilst I waited. And to top it all the service was £50 cheaper than other Aprilia service dealers. I travelled down from Norwich to Colchester to have the service carried out, not because it was cheaper but because I believe Colchester Kawasaki offer a significantly higher standard of service all round than any other motorcycle dealer I have used before over the past 42 years. Well done guys!! Craig.
