Wonderful service from Wayne on the service desk not only did he sell me a bulb he had no problem in going a bit further and fitting it for me super service Thank You
ı bought my last motorcycle form these guys and they are terrıfıc. Great prıces and great servıce.
Don't understand the bad reviews on here, I've found their sales team to be excellent. I purchased a Z1000SX and found the whole process excellent. The only let down was the lack of green panniers provided when my bike was purchased, i was told they would get these to me soonest. That doesn't detract from them as this is a Kawasaki international issue. Thanks
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Had to go to the financial ombudsman to try and get the bike sorted even after an independent inspection was completed on the bike and was reported as the fault was there from point of sale Apparently its my responsibility to get the bike to them and collect after they assess the problem,130 mile round trip twice so i can get a brand new faulty bike looked at
To all potential bike buyers in this place. I would like to share you my experience with this dealership. on 02/06 i got my self a BRAND NEW APRILIA TUONO V4 1100 FACTORY. I booked a test ride a week before and went to try it out. Loved the bike as i previously had a 2011 version of the same bike. The sales exc. was very cool or chilled out in this case. Didn't really know anything about the bike by the looks of it. Awkward smiles and behaviour was present. But why should that bother I knew more about the bike than he did and that was obvious. Picked up my motorcycle on the date mentioned above. Before i left the dealer I asked the Sales Executive is the pillion seat included because I asked him prior upon my arrival and he said yes. Yes struggled to put it on. I put the solo tail unit in my backpack in a helmet bag, then i asked if the exhaust that was included was a De-CAT or with CAT. Without a doubt he said it was Euro 4 CAT Akra. Which was false, then i asked him if the baffle can be removed he was surpised and looked at the exhaust and said: No it cannot be removed because it has rivets all over it , in order to remove it you have to take them off (DESTROY THE EXHAUST). I looked closely and i saw an allen screw in the baffle and i asked him if he could bring me an allen key i will remove the baffle myself. He went to his mechanic and after 15 minutes came back and said that the baffle is welded it cannot be removed. i did unscrew the baffle and took out the screw but my fingers were too slippery for the baffle to be taken out. So i asked him if he could bring me some pliers .Then he said its welded again and he will go to speak to his mechanic. Came back told me that they will have try to hit it out. After 10 minutes mechanic came back and i asked him was it welded (I already knew the answer was no) he said no. Sales exc. then asked me how i would like to get my stock exhaust I asked him if he could send it back to my place i told him that i will provide the address when ill get back home. On 06/06 I sent an email with my address for the stock exhaust it took about 10 more emails and excuses that sales exc. is busy so he cant send it out and about 1 month wait to actually get the stock exhaust and you know what? SERVO CABLES WERE MISSING ridiculous. Came back home and on 06/06 i saw scratches on my solo tail unit that has never been used. On 08/06 I saw few more scratches on tank shroud which were from the factory On 10/06 I saw weird scratches about 1mm in deph and 5mm in lenght . The sales exc. asked me if i could bring my bike to them for some inspection so i did. They took pictures of the bike and lead mechanic or manager took over from sales exc. He told me that it is normal to have scratches on the rim due to usage, but he said that it was not normal for a scratch to be inside the rim area near a rear brake disc. So they made a claim to Aprilia. They approved the tank shroud and the tail unit so those were replaced. But the rim was not replaced because i reported it a week after i got the bike and dealer told me it was clearly a stone chip and basically my fault because i took too long to report it although clearly you dont expect anything to be on the bike because it is brand new. I've owned more than 5 bikes and I never seen a 1mm in deph and 5mm in lenght stone chip without any entry marks it is clearly impossible to do it on a spinning wheel. Upon arrival for a warranty replacement I came in earlier about 30 min. They took the bike straight away we sat at a cafe . Waited nearly 2 hours and went outside to see what the hell is taking them so long to unscrew approx 13 screws. Got the bike and went home . Uppon inspection the tank shroud was not alligned correctly and the tank was misaligned . Further more found a massive scratch on underneath the tank which i did report it to them but never got a reply. Conclusions : IF YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW BIKE IN THIS PLACE CHECK EVERY SINGLE SMALL OR BIG PARTS EVERYWHERE BECAUSE THEY WILL BLAME YOU FOR IT ALL THEY NEED IS YOUR MONEY.
Tried to buy a second hand scooter (Tmax 530 DX 2017) on the 27 October 2017, Called, Whattsapped asking for a part exchange price and I even sent my bike's HPI check. Got a reply on the 31st of October informing me that a cash buyer just bought it. No quote for the part exchange or anything in between, just a we'll get back to you. I had no objections to buy it cash on the 27th! (had I been told part exchanges were not welcomed...) Not a professional way of handling customers

May 05,2019Recently purchased Kawasaki Ninja 650 Performance (2019 model). Luke (Sales) provided great advice along with Colin when bike was delivered. Enjoyed riding the motorbike past number of weeks. Had 500 mile service today (standard) - great service from Wayne and Nick. Thumbs up to this Dealership. Kevin.
