Found their site by accident when looking to purchase a gift for my daughter. Had a great selection of contemporary art and sculptures at very competitive prices. Easy to use website and excellent communication during the purchase and subsequent delivery periods. Will certainly use this company again if I need any of their products.

The customer service I received from Teresa was second to none and it was probably the busiest shopping day of the year. My print arrived in pristine condition and was superbly packaged. I recently bought a beautiful framed Gary Benfield Print from Collectors Prints. It was the first time i ordered with them and definitely won't be the last! From beginning to end, the service was fantastic, it was easy to complete the online order form and i received immediate confirmation of my order. They managed my expectations re. the dispatch and delivery times. Good service but what was best was how carefully and securely the print had been packaged to prevent any risk of damage. I purchased a sculpture of a Mcoo, i didn't know my husband had purchased the other one for my Christmas. Unfortunately despite 2 different orders, 2 email addresses and 2 different payment cards...both sculptures were delivered in the same box!!! Thanks for ruining my Christmas surprise!!

Bought my wife a Jennifer Hogwood bronze as a Xmas surprise, because she mentioned getting another. Different email, different bank account details, different name, same address. No contact from anyone. They sent both in same parcel, totally ruined the surprise.
