First print was delayed due to covid situation but I was kept informed via phone call with apologies all round. It couldnt be helped but I was thankful all the same This kind of service meant I purchased a second print for my wife for our anniversary and recieved the same personal service. would highly recommend.

Aug 27,2020The print was beautiful and my niece loves it. I can only give three stars as I had to chase the company to send the print out. Several e mails which were answered politely did not speed the process up. Whilst I appreciate we are in the middle of a pandemic, I didn’t expect to have to remind the company to send me my purchase which wasn’t cheap. A great pity as it was intended as a present.

Aug 24,2020Having bought prints previously from Collectors Prints I was confident that I would be happy with my latest purchase, of Mark Spain's 'Fiesta', and so it proved.It was delivered securely wrapped, on time, and very well presented in the 'artist-recommended' frame. It came with a hanging cord already firmly attached. Unpack....hang....sit back and admire !.

Aug 12,2020Good communication once chased after two weeks. Slow delivery but as expected due to covid. Print was framed by them but ever so slightly wonky which is quite annoying as the wood frame is straight. Well priced, I would consider purchasing again.

We had the print framed in the artist recommend frame to match the other Doug Hyde pictures we have. Arrived expertly packaged to avoid any damage to either print or frame.and arrived well within the expected delivery time. Absolutely delighted with our purchase and looks amazing on our wall. Oct 11,2020Nice product, but I had to wait an extra week to get it bc they sent it to get framed even though I did not want a frame. When I asked about it, they assured me that it wasn't getting framed. It came framed. The frame was very nice, but I didn’t want it. Contacted customer service again to ask how to get the frame off without damaging art. Got it off, but now have to deal with donating frame. First world problems, I guess 🤷🏻♀️
