Mar 10,2014The radiator I bought was a very tricky size that I couldn't find anywhere else at anywhere near such a competitive price. The retro looking valves are very classy and solidly build. Customer service was excellent, and even though they sent the wrong valve first time it was replace within 24 hours. Thank you very much all round.

Feb 21,2014Had no trouble ordering and getting information through online enquiries. The radiator came within 48 hours and I was kept up to date about a part that had to be sent separately, and which arrived on the same day. No information given in the paperwork about the guarantee promised on the website, so it would be useful to include that.

Feb 20,2014Delivery arranged initially for Friday 14th, then reconfirmed for the Monday 17th, we arranged for a plumber to arrive late afternoon, phoned the company at 4pm and was told they would check and call back, when they called we were told that there had been a problem and that delivery has been re-arranged for Wednesday, we paid an extra £35.00 to the plumber for wasting his time and we spent 2 days without heating. No apology or compensation offered by the company. otherwise the radiator was fine!!!! Patrick, Stockton on tees.

If there was an issue or delivery date mix up at least it was sorted out as soon as possible and with apologies - a service you expect and want! Thank you!
