Sep 19,2013Product & Price was good. Delivery was a different matter ...goods were hidden around the back by the courier with no card to say the goods had been delivered. We had tried on numerous occasions to phone to say we hadn't received the goods, but couldn't get through on the number, it was continually engaged.

Aug 27,2013I wanted to replace a number of Radiators and found the price at the local stores rather high so searched the net found Column Rads the price was stunning below half price I was quoted at local DIY and Building suppliers, Having ordered the product the notification etc was spot on and the deliver was excellent the next day, the total price of my complete purchase equalled the price I was quoted for just one of my radiators purchase, The items arrived in perfect condition I would recommend Column Rads and I will be returning for the other bits as I renovate the rooms one by one, Keep up your great quality of service

Aug 07,2013Despite a minor delivery issue (delivered to the wrong house while I was away but this was quickly resolved), I can't complain. The radiators appear very nice, the expensive valves look well made, and the heat output is significant. The brackets for the radiators have a little bit too much paint on them, the screws are very difficult to screw in. Perhaps columnrads should anodize these parts. A blowtorch sorted it out.

Aug 03,2013We ordered a vertical radiator via the internet. The site was easy to navigate and the price very competitive. Within a few minutes of ordering we received an order confirmation. The following day we received an email telling us when our radiator would be delivered. So within 2 days of ordering we'd taken delivery of the radiator. It was delivered by a man in a van who was very helpful and polite. It's now hanging in our dining room and it looks fantastic. I would recommend Column Rads Uk and will definitely use them in the future.
