Jun 19,2013Have bought a number of lacquered bare metal rads over the past year for my house refurb and have found the product price and service A1. We did have a pin hole leak in a white column rad but these things happen and it is how you deal with it. Columnrads dealt with it very well. I have another 9 to replace and will be coming back soon. thanks

Jun 19,2013I was very impressed with Column Rads. I called to see if they had what I wanted in stock and to check whether I was ordering the right radiator/valves, etc. I needed the radiator urgently and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the valves were not included and my plumber fitted the radiator in my absence without the valves. Consequently, I emailed Column Rads to get a refund on the valves. I was contacted promptly and given an immediate refund on the valves with no quibbles. I will definitely be using them again.

Jun 19,2013From ordering to delivery was kept up to date. Any special requirements were dealt with efficently and with the most polite staff on the other end of the phone. Have ordered 2 times from these guys and will be doing so again soon. If you want people who will cater for your needs, then these guys are what you are looking for.
