Claim was paid fast on all parts covered. Michael has helped me with 2 claims now. Concord pays on coved parts under the policy. Concord pays fair prices to the repair shops. Excellent customer service!

Ended up getting coverage for myself and my father and we were both beyond pleased with the deal and the process. Ralph is a quality guy and employee and i am happy i had the chance to do business with him. Havent used the warranty yet but based on who he is i trust that it will work well

May 24,2019My initial claim went fairly smooth. They had to obtain an override to approve my claim. The part had a recall associated with it, but the recall did Not include my vehicle year. I do question the need for an override in this situation, and will reach out to discuss with Concord. Once the override approval was obtained, I will say, Concord communicated directly and inter-acted directly with my Dealership. It was at that point, hands-off interaction from me. Concord delivered as promised. They paid the Dealership directly. I will Highly recommend Concord. They will deliver on what they promise. Just be sure you understand what they promise. If not for the override issue, they would get a 5 Star rating.
