When Don called yesterday, his mannerism and taking time to explain everything as well as a great price gave me no alternative but to say YES, sign me up! Every step of the purchase has been easy and upfront. I'm pretty tough on reviews normally but this time is definitely 5 STARS and I will recommend to anyone.

Dec 21,2018The Concord Auto Protect extended car warranty representative was very courteous and professional in explaining all the car insurance coverages. We negotiated an extended warranty policy with terms that I was in agreement with and found acceptable with a reasonable policy cost. Also, the representative was very quick in processing the policy, which took only about 20 to 25 minutes to process and finalize. It was pleasure to work with this representative, who was completely polite in all our communications and he ending thanking me for my business and wished me a Merry Christmas.
