All their reviews are the same! I tried to purchase a warranty from them. My dealer told me they don't accept them because they are not licensed in any state! How can you sell illegally!!! SCAM!!!!!!!! When I told the rep about what the dealership said. He became very defensive and dropped the price even lower. Which raised my eyebrows!
I got to say that I couldn't have experience a more easy and simple process! They just make sure you are taken care off regardless of what issue is happening to your vehicle. I had the vehicle service protection plan for well over 2k miles and have had the car for a few months. I clicking noise started to appear after taking a long trip. I thought no big deal I'll take it to a mechanic and I have a warranty that is supposed to cover any issues that come up. Well my upper control arms had failed causing some issues. When Concord reviewed the claim they stated that they would not cover the parts due to it being a pre-existing condition. If that is the case then anything that fails in time is going to be a pre-existing condition because things fail after time, that's why we are buying the service plan as a preventative measure. I was most certainly over both the millage and time, yet they did not cover my breakdown. I do have to say they stated they would do a full refund (I have yet to see it). I've had experiences with other warranty companies like the one CarMax uses and they are amazing. I was hoping that this one would be similar. Don't waste your time or money, instead save it for a breakdown that will inevitably happen.
