What made for a great experience? A really helpful person called Darinder who patiently talked me through the process of attaching wires in the right place, connecting my phone to ConnectFibre. After years of dealing with our unhelpful previous provider, this was a refreshing change. As you get bigger, please keep this one-one connection to a real person rather than an automated service.
I am a new customer and they was very helpfull and guiding in the package I wanted. Got me a very good deal and the people I have spoke to have been very polite and kind.
Top lads came and installed new fttp. Professional and easy to chat to. Clean and tidy. What more can you ask for. Customer service was fab yesterday. Hope its all like this. If so. Got high hopes for this company.
Good communication although misleading when told you would buy out BT contract. In fact I have to pay and get a credit to recover over many months.
The installation process was seamless. I was kept up to date from Adam in the call centre with when to expect Moesha and Matt and due to them covering another engineers install they were already having a busy day. However they were very professional in their approach and went straight to work when they arrived. Within 90mins the main install was complete and with just the final network to setup and speed checks to complete. They were both friendly and had good banter during the install. It’s now been 4 days and speeds have remained stable with good coverage from the router. I would recommend Connect Fibre and their engineers.
Still not satisfied with this companies poor communications generally. They have now closed my complaint but the situation is still outstanding. The company don't follow the rules like other communication companies and takes short cuts best to avoid really. I have requested a data access request but still no response from them. Just hope they remove the telegraph pole and resolve this matter soon. Well what a surprise such a poor company just signed up to Virgin Media

Thieves! Do not give them your bank details online or over the phone, they promise installation dates but charge you before this! Honestly not worth it. The other positive reviews are people who are hired through the company or pressured to post reviews.
The installation was simple and straight forward! The guys did great and took around 2 hours, nothing was ever an issue installed and a low down how to use the hub etc. great, the internet has been great so far not an issue!
I am currently awaiting a date for installation in my area, the estimated dates have moved once already and the estimated date is this month however no one can tell me if this will occur - i have been out of contract waiting for this with my current provider for quite some time now and unsure whether to cancel my order and go elsewhere as my prices keep rising now. According to the customer services advisor even though your engineers are doing the infrastructure installs you have absolutely no idea when and what the delays are and don't even know if anyone in the langold area has been installed yet Apparently we are on stage 6/8 although the gent on the phone could not tell me what this ment and didn't sound confident that an install would be booked in during the next 7 days to meet the expected dates Communication both internal and external to this company seems to be an issue as both myself and the operator on the phone have no clue as to what is happening with my order and I am not informed of updates and 'need to check the dashboard' to see if expected installation dates have changed I fully expect more delays and this leaves me thinking the service may be bad when/if i do finally get an installation just due to the interactions I have currently had.
Fantastic service from the connect fibre customer service team, there was an issue with our installation booking , but was resolved some day, the installation guys were so helpful and understanding of our issue , Jordan and Niall truly went above and beyond to help us , even working an hour and half past the end of their shift to make sure it was all sorted, even popped back the next morning to check all was ok - couldn’t speak highly enough of them. Oh yeah and the broadband is fantastic ! So much faster than Sky- thanks all

Quick and easy installation. Up and running at 150mbs in under a hour
3 months with connect fibre and 3 occasions where my internet service has cut off and been left disconnected over the weekend. Each occasion leaving me without any internet for a week (3 weeks in 3 month). Each time refusing to let me have any backup internet such as a dongle. Customer service appalling. Planned maintenance last night for 8 hours but didn’t bother letting anyone know, so the whole area was left unknowing. They say they will do something and they don’t follow up. Numerous times they’ve said they’ll call back to update and never do. My whole house relies on a reliable internet connection. I’ve raised a complaint to the complaints department as a last resort and guess what.. it’s being ignored!
