May 07,2024Everything was explained to me. Time taken to get the best possible position of the router with minimum lead in the lounge. Moesha, Jordan, Elliot and Rob were friendly and extremely helpful. The installation took 3 hours, but well worth it. So far so good, have had no problems.

May 03,2024A massive thanks to all of the installation crew involved in getting our house up and running with FTTP. To mention a few names: Moesha & Jordan who were efficient, polite and clean on the premises, Moesha even going out of her way the next day after installation to provide us with x2 extra routers as part of mesh setup (Thank you!), Darinder who I spoke to on the phone, who prioritsed the extra routers after we noticed flat spots in the house on the 1st day, and all of the engineers/senior engineers who attended on and off over a 2 week period - Rob/James & Niall (and probably a few more!) Fair to say our installation wasn't an easy one, but the crew got there in the end and speeds are now consistent around the property. If customer service is anything to go by, there will be a lot more customers heading your way in our area. I'll be spreading the word. Thank you!

It’s putting a massive strain on my life as I work from home and no one cares and no one still 2mths later can tell me when I will be connected. More frustrating is that people in my area who signed up after me are connected but I am not. They lie by saying they prioritise pre orders but my mum is connected and she signed up after me! Total lies
