Apr 07,2024I have a date for installation. A polite gentleman called in a fibre connect van to tell me they were putting the fibre upto the house but would not need access until the installation date. So far so good.

Within a minute or two my phone went and it was Fibre Connect customer support saying they had a missed call from me and how can they help? I have never ever had that happen before, absolutely brilliant, well done. My problem was resolved as well.

To days date is 5th of April .I am expecting a call to day .

I had several follow up calls after installation to check everything was working fine and they helped to troubleshoot some areas in the house with low signal. Adam, in particular, was fantastic and very helpful. After fixing the low signal areas with an extra node, I've now got great internet speeds in every room in the house.
