I am waiting for the facility to be connected fully. It has been secured only so far. Good upto noe but proper rating will have to be done after the completion.

Connect Fibre 1000mb Hypersonic installation. After previously having Sky broadband at an average speed of 14mb, the step up in speed is ridiculous. Besides the speed, the service offered has been second to none. On installation day the engineer literally followed me round the house testing the connection speed in each room. Even waiting whilst I connected my wireless printer to the desktop for a test run. In their own words - They simply wouldn’t leave until I was totally happy and satisfied. Following on from this I’ve already had a follow up call from the U.K. call centre to double check all is well. Then a further email to book in an Engineer at my convenience to test the system has bedded in and to see if any tweaks will assist. Compare this service to the big providers. It’s worlds apart. And for those ruled by cost- Connect fibre are literally pence per week more expensive than Virgin. However with no price rises in my contract- the big providers will up their costs come April by rpi plus a load. Meanwhile my costs are fixed. Cannot recommend enough. Both for the product and service.

Very friendly and honest company. Would recommend them totally, every employee on the phone, the salesman who came to the house and installation engineers were so nice and helpful. A breath of fresh air in this aloof online purchasing world we live in. Thank you Connect Fibre!

Still not satisfied with this company, after seeking advice for advice this company is breaking the law and guidance issued by government for the installation of telegraph poles. The company is not co-operative and still appears to be refusing to remove the pole which is detrimental to my property and area generally. I have now got an appointment with my local MP to discuss this situation in more detail. I have found the whole situation very distressing the company appears to do what it likes without regarding for the local community or legal obligations for the installation of digital infrastructure.

What a lovely friendly young lad. Falon Bray was our engineer to connect our fibre. We hit a problem earlier with the first engineer not being able to access a lamp post due to parked cars, he did all he could to try and resolve this situation by knocking on doors and he rang me to explain and he would try and come back later if I managed to get in touch with a neighbour.(Sisquo Blake Engineer) I contacted customer services and they confirmed the internal instalation could go ahead. When Falon arrived he knew the situation and then realised there was another lamp post. He got this tested and was able to climb the lamp post and sort what ever he had to do and the full installation could go ahead. Falon went above and beyond to sort this without having to arrange another engineer visit so we could connect today. Amazing service from customer services and to the engineers.

At the beginning we had to wait for all the infrastructure was I'm place from placing our initial order but any questions we had you just had to WhatsApp them and they would get straight back to you,we had it installed over a few days ago only took two hours the installers was neat and informed us all about the app and after a few minutes of connecting it was up and running with no problems yet,thanks connect fibre

Had an excellent call today from Jam who really went out of his way to explain what his company was all about and what excellent deals were on offer. I can't wait to sign up when the service becomes available in my area in a few weeks.

So far the pre ordering and fixing a connection date has gone very well. You get to talk to a human being straight away. No having to listen to music while you wait.

Jam called me unexpectedly and I probably didn't give him the warmest reception, but he was super friendly and helpful trying to understand my situation and needs. I was happy to progress with Connect Fibre based on his helpfulness.

Install completed today the engineer was courteous and left everything clean after talking us through the router. Courtesy call this afternoon to check all ok, explained how to download the app, run checks on the app and asked for a convenient date for the direct debit to be taken rather than it just come out when I least expected it. Excellent service from ordering to install regular updates. Current upload and download speeds are 940mbps which is amazing. Just waiting for my phone number to port next week to take advantage of the phone package they do. Highly recommended

Although I am getting the advertised speeds near to the router they drop considerably in other rooms, to much lower speeds than I was getting from my previous non fibre connection. The signal is also regularly dropping out which is very frustrating. The only solution offered has been to increase the cost to me, when cost was the primary reason I changed to Connect in the first place. Update Customer Services from Connect gave been in regular telephone contact with me since my initial review. The issues have been resolved and the internet speed is as expected with no additional cost

First contact was on the phone with salesman Ace, he gave me all the information I needed without being pushy. I then used emails to contact him and he responded almost immediately! Sorted me out a great deal too! Looking forward to my installation

Had a note through the door advising fibre was being installed in the area, registered but heard nothing for months. Got an email advising I can pick my package and an install date would be available shortly. Did this but didn't hear anything about a date, logged on one day to contact the company and saw that I could book an install, booked this in (was a month wait) engineers turned up on the day and knocked several times, each time with a more confusing story. Firstly they couldn't thread fibre from the exchange, then they mentioned that the ports were owned by BT and Virgin and that they don't touch those. Then they asked me about a completely different address. It turns out they had done a 'pre check' the day before on an address un related to me over a mile away. After a lot of confusion and waiting around they advised they couldnt install. I contact customer service who took over a week advise they don't have infrastructure in this area - complete waste of a day

Connect Fibre offer a great service, and run a reliable customer support operation. Recommending for commercial or domestic use, especially if you are streaming (none)/ interactive media. Speed test result on my wifi network just now: 787 Mbps down, 471Mps up.
