It was dispatched really quickly (bought on Friday and it was delivered on Monday). The bag itself was packaged well and was in really good condition. I love the dress but I will not have to have it cleaned, which makes me nervous and have the lining fixed. They have been helpful with this process but I am disappointed that this wasn't indicated in the description.
