My first experience with CSD and my item arrived very damaged, with large stains all over the neckline, evidence that the dress was not “new with tags” advertised. It is highly disappointing that So much wear and tear was not flagged and that the item was sold under false pretenses. I have written to CSD but have yet to have my problem resolved. Disappointing.

The order was confirmed quickly which is always great! The shipping was truly efficient with accurate notifications all the way through inspite of coming from another continent! And the final delivery was smooth as well! But most important, the packaging was solid and the item itself was immaculate as if it had never been used before! Unfortunately though, it was missing one of its closure buckles that I don’t remember being mentioned in the description! Although disappointing, I will keep this beautiful item but be more careful when shopping ‘pre loved’ items! Overall a great experience! I would like to add that I had taken a screenshot of the online photo of the item as offered and was able to go back and verify what was advertised! And I’m happy to confirm that the item was displayed exactly as I received it with the missing buckle fully visible in the picture! It was I who didn’t notice at the time of purchase! That proves that CSD is truly an honest and reliable vender! Again, a great place to shop!

Fast delivery which was impressive the item ordered was as described and I loved the bag. Only criticism is that I did not receive the dust bag which was stated in the description and I have emailed and still waiting for a response. Would have got 5 stars if it wasn’t for that fact. But would defiantly shop here again

The second hand bag looked fabulous and came with all the accessories as described. The goodie came in a reciclable box which is what you expect from this kind of shops. You buy second hand not just because it could be cheaper, also because you believe in “no waste” and it could last forever. Love CSD!!
