Feb 03,2025Very bad service they take time to send the money to my account after I sell the them , and must all the time they refuse few my items for no reason but when I see there items at the shop they have many items damaged! Unfortunately the team selling department are poor !

Dec 27,2024I have consigned two pair of shoes with CSD over a year ago. After checking online I found out that one them has been sold. I have sent three emails this month and they have not answered any of them. I checked Customer's reviews online and found out that they are withholding money from other sellers. I believe they are turning into a dishonest business. I won't bother consigning any items with them again and will report them to Trading Standards.

This lack of communication and delayed service is extremely disappointing. I hope you can address this issue promptly.

Feb 04,2025Something very worryingly wrong with this company. Un-professional is understatement. Blatantly lie about when consigned items are sold. Then basically not pay you. What should be a great format. Completely let down by the fact obviously have serious cash flow problems. Its actually worrying. Still chasing a payment, 6 weeks after item sold!! Like many negative reviews before me. THIS MANY PEOPLE SAYING SAME THING SAYS IT ALL. The absolute ridiculous reply I get "you are in a queue for payment to be processed" What? Sooner or later surely be bankrupt way operate, nobody will get paid. Obvious. I am seeing trading standards this week. I will keep updating reviews every week now, its a complete sham of a Co.. THEY NEED TO PAY PEOPLE, END OF. 2025 should not be allowed. UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE..... ...... ... ITS GETS WORSE.. THEY HAVE CLEARLY SAID BELOW IN BLACK AND WHITE BEEN PAID. UNBELIEVABLE. SORRY THIS CO IS THE COMPLETE DISGRACE. PASSING THIS ON THE SOLICITOR NOW. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME UPDATING REVIEW IF HAD BEEN PAID. THIS IS A NON PAYING COMPANY!!!
