Apr 06,2025I came to check a particular item which I liked online. Unfortunately that one was not the right size , but Istar and Brittany found a very similar one which was good on me. The service was lovely and they were friendly and professional. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Apr 02,2025I sent some of my items to sell Customers service is awful They hold my money for such a long time I have to call everyday to be paid and they were keep saying yes today yes tomorrow They hold people’s money and not correct at all Very poor service careful if you try to sell with them Still didn’t receive my money for my items that have been sold 2 months ago I asked them to have back my items…so far no money and no items back

They were friendly and accommodating and we ended up having a great chat for an hour about bag styles, dystopian fiction and AI, and our collective relief that flared jeans have returned to the high street. I left with two bags that they helped me pick. It was an awesome shopping experience and I shall return!

Feb 25,2025I’m actually getting a bit worried with this company. Ive placed an order on February 17 and I can’t even track my order ! It’s now February 24 and still nothing! I have plans coming up and I was relying on this order to be shipped on time. I don’t know if I should request a refund or call my bank :(

Feb 06,2025My delivery hasn’t arrived as wrong postcode on label but correct line address?? I certainly didn’t add wrong code so not sure but no one’s fault as no one knows why? But they’re doing their best for return to sender and then to me. Emily helped as much as she could, staff at Marylebone and Notting Hill very pleasant and helpful.

I followed their recommendations and ended up purchasing a couple of beautiful pieces that I would never have been able to afford if not for the CSD shop. I am very happy with my shopping experience and will definitely be returning.
