Sep 05,2019This review is not about CESI it is about the poor quality of reviews here. I was not able to make a determination about CESI because of the lack of information contained in the reviews. I am on the fifth page of reading reviews and five pages of generic two liners like "Very helpful!: "Great people to work with!" and no specifics are NOT very helpful reviews at all! Furthermore, CESI did not provide an accurate date of the first ACH withdrawal on the contract (or so it seemed to me), and this misunderstanding of when the first payment would be due caused me to lose complete confidence in CESI. These two factors caused me to choose another debt management company, although I liked the customer service very much!

Aug 19,2019I was very in debt and afraid of my financial situation when I reached out to CESI. The person I talked to at the time was very helpful and quickly got me information about how long it would take me to become debt free. They arranged payment plans with my debtors, and coached me on helping to facilitate those arrangements. The few times I could not make my large monthly payment on time, they adjusted the date I would pay and cautioned me about doing this often. Four years later, I am relieved to say, I have finished paying off my debt and am on my way to greater financial health. It was hard but I felt supported along the way and that’s what I needed.

Aug 19,2019I call the 877 number I get ahold of a counselor he asked me my information. I'm thinking he's looking my account up. And once he finds out I have an account. He comes back with a you need to speak to customer service Jesus Christ no one can be that stupid
