I HAVE USED CESI for many years and never had an issue or problem with payments to my debtors etc. Customer service call center is excellent and the staff is always pleasant and efficient.

I was in over 10 thousand in credit card debt 5 years ago, I researched and found cesi!! I called them up and they were able to slash my interest rates in half!!! Instead of 3 payments due 3 times a month, I had 1!!! I have recently completed the program and now I’m totally debt free!!! I highly recommend cesi!!

It was going to take over 15 years to payoff my debt but with the support and guidance of Cesi, I was able to pay it off in less than 4 years! Cesi is an amazing program and I will recommend them to anyone that needs assistance! Thank you for what you do for your customers!

Completely honest, and overall good experience. They got my cards to be under 10 % apr but I don’t understand why they delay paying the vendors for so many days. Also, the contract has a lot of typos which made me nervous about them when I signed up. Otherwise, they have stuck to their word and been easy to deal with.

My wife and I were over $50,000 in debt and didn’t know where to turn for help. CESI was the answer to our prayers. They worked with us to get all of our payments consolidated into one monthly payment and their customer service was second to none. They answered all of our questions and made sure we were aware of our progress. We are now debt free and we owe it all to CESI!

My debt was mostly paid off, but the $75 fee per month is high considering the financial difficulties I had. I would have given 2 stars but they were very helpful whenever I called with a problem.

CESI reps consulted with me at length about my financial status. I had ove $15,000 of credit card debt, along with a student loan. I did some homework on my budget and planned to move into a cheaper apartment. A rep called me and together we figured out a reasonable strategy to pay off the high interest rate debts. I authorized them to take several hundred dollars out of my checking account to pay my debt. When I had a job or received an unexpected bequest, I added a chunk of money to the monthly payments. Working with CESI as well as my personal financial advisor made the process much easier for me.
