Jan 20,2019Consumer Education Services, Inc. is really great. I helped my girlfriend get all of her old collection accounts paid off over about a year or maybe a year and a half, and CESI handled all of the communication and negotiation with her debt collectors and account holders. After getting her signed up, my girlfriend stopped receiving delinquent notices in the mail and phone calls/voicemails from collection robots right away. CESI kept us up to date with statements every month and anytime you call them you find yourself on the phone with a real person in the USA pretty quickly. After getting all of my girlfriend's outstanding accounts with CESI, we just put her on a monthly autopay with payments she could afford and then she didn't have to worry or even give much thought to any of it from there. Now she's out of debt and we are referring a bunch of friends and family to CESI. We are totally happy with our experience.

They assess my debt contacted my creditors and submitted a proposal to them went to reduce my interest far below what I was paying. So instead of paying for what I thought would be the next 30 years I was able to get out of debt in less than 5 thank you so much consumer education services inc.

Feb 07,2019Very honest folks to deal with! They helped me out tremendously and highly recommend. Local customer service (US speaking) and easy to talk with. They were excited when I completed my payback to creditors. If you need them to help you lower your interest rates on high credit card debt & debt consolidation give them a call!
