Jul 11,2018Overall, the process with CESI was great. It was easy to get started and the payoff process was almost seamless. At the very end there was a little confusion about the actual final balances due, and because of this, several accounts showed as paid off with CESI when they actually weren't. Maybe it should be a requirement that 90 days before your end date on the program, participants should be required to reach out to the creditors and obtain the actual remaining balance. It was suggested but wasn't enforced and it kind of messed me up in the end. But I was able to identify the accounts that still had a balance and pay them off directly. One other thing to remember is that your accounts will CLOSE once they are settled which will decrease your credit score for a while until you rebuild. Major downside for me but I'm working through it and glad the credit cards are paid off.

Apr 18,2018CESI helped me when I was so overwhelmed with debt. They were kind, helped me with the accounts that had gone to collections. Able to pull them out , for this progam. No hidden cost. fees were upfront. was able to be debt free in 2 years. At the rate I was going , it would have took me at least 5-6 years, maybe longer. Thank you.
