Don't give them access to your bank accounts
Dec 04,2018they were never transparent throughout the entire process. WHen I finally decided I wanted to be done with them, I pulled out of my savings, paid of my debt. the next day Cesi withdrew the $5000+ AGAIN! It was a friday when they noticed it. After speakingw ith multiple managers and the "head of accounting" they promised the money would be back in my account by 5. I told the head of accounting that I will be calling right at 5 to let them know of what was happening. The managers and head of accounting had all left for the day at 4:45. So I was stuck with negative 4500 in my account. Bunch of ducking liars and scumbags. Call the credit card company and go into their debt program, duck these people. Edit: This in response to CESI's response... You are based in North Carolina and I was in Eastern Time. Don't try and use excuses. You screwed up, you didn't remedy the situaton, your managers were incredibly rude, and lastly (as I made this very very clear) I was stuck in the middle of upstate new york on the side of the road for the weekend. I should've just sued like I said I was going to.... Probably still have a case.

Nov 07,2018When we first started the program we were skeptical. We have been on the program for a little over 3 yrs and now I can say we are dept free. Never in my life and I’m 62 I have been dept free. I must say the customer service was excellent. The only issue Was when one of my checks got lost and the creditor didn’t receive their payment. I would let CESI know and they would reissue another ck to them. I recommend checking each month to make sure each of your creditors got paid. I would highly recommend this company. Oct 26,2018DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BANK INFORMATION!!!!!! I was double billed my first month in this program and they refused to fix their error. Their representative told me that it was my bank’s responsibility to fix CESI’s errors and refused to refund my money or transfer me to a supervisor. Extremely shady and predatory conduct AVOID.
