Oct 01,2021They did an overall good job. I had used a different debt counseling firm for a previous time. They charged $100. CESI only charged $60. It was a little rocky start. I didn't know some of my bills weren't being paid enough, so I got hit with a few LATE payment marks on my credit report (8 total), which lowered my score. That upset me because they are STILL on my report. But after that everything was smooth sailing. It was easy to update my total balances. And I paid it all off in the month I was supposed to.

Sep 16,2021I started the process with Consumer Education Services, Inc in 2017. I had over $5000 in credit card debt. I have completely paid both cards off and it feels great! I could have paid more a month and had it paid off sooner, but I opted for lower payments. I also received regular updates about my payoff status while in the program. I would highly recommend Consumer Education Services, Inc.!!

Sep 06,2021I called CESI when I was at the end of my rope. Credit card balances were off the charts and I could only make minimum payments and sometimes not even that. They signed me up and 4 years later out of debt. Thanks again.
