Great way to get your credit straighten out, dependable , kind and very helpful even when I had to postpone a month due to Covid. Goal accomplished!!! Thank you for your help and understanding.

If you have an account that requires a check to be mailed, it will NOT get there on time. My payment is taken from my account on the 1st. They cannot seem to get payment there by the 30th. I don't live on the moon! AN ENTIRE MONTH to get just a couple of states north! The mail does not take that long, but they like to claim it does. I have been dinged twice with a $30 late fee in just the first 4 months of being with them because they can't get the payment there on time. I ended up taking the account out of the program because they are so unreliable and give a song and a dance about why it is late every time. I don't need excuses, I needed CESI to DO BETTER! It is amazing that once I call and complain... voila... The check just magically gets to where it needs to be. Gee, THANKS for doing YOUR job! They didn't even negotiate a better interest rate so there is no point in using their service. I am paying the same interest and I'm paying CESI on time, but getting late fees which I NEVER HAD BEFORE. Further, I had two accounts that were pending since I enrolled in the program that they never bothered to tell me what was going on with until I called them up and asked. They suggested I call the creditor and work with them because golly, they didn't know why they were still pending! DUH! I have been working with the creditor by paying them ON TIME and paying them MORE than what CESI was sending them each month. I pulled those accounts out of the program too because CESI was ZERO help yet again! I only signed on with the program so I could simplify and make one payment. BIG MISTAKE. You will make one payment and have to babysit them to make sure it gets to your credit accounts. And you will have to make sure the payments cover the minimum because many times they do not! This program is no help. Save yourself some time and just work with the creditor yourself. They don't get better rates like they promise they will. And don't even try to use their chat feature. When it DOES actually work, you will get Amber who is about 50 percent helpful, but will just tell you to call CESI anyway because she "doesn't have access to that account information." This company has been such a disappointment. They volunteer NO information. You have to ask everything and as I said before, you have to BABYSIT them.

Cesium helped me consolidate my bills into one easy payment. It helps to reduce the stress of all those bills coming in at one time. Like any bill it takes two. I would and have recommended cesium to friends.

The people are so nice and helpful. They always kept in touch when I was about to pay someone off. When I was reaching milestones during my 2 year payoff schedule. They would let me know I was getting there. They always stayed on top of my account, I really appreciate that, and it feels so good to payoff 8 credit cards in 2 years. I worried about this ruining my credit, but it had a more positive side effect. Once paid off my credit score started to go up. I would never have been able to pay the 8 cards off, without CESI.

Every experience I had with a CESI representative was exceptional. They follow through with every promise they make and help and encourage you throughout your process of becoming debt free. I cannot recommend them enough.

While having one payment a month made it much easier to pay off my account as far as convenience, I was hoping working with CESI would provide more benefits. None of my accounts reduced the interest rate I was paying, which I thought would be one of the major advantages in working with CESI. In addition, even though I emailed support several times, the CESI app never worked. It would log in and it would just spin and not load.

CESI helped me pay off my credit cards. It has a minimal cost for service like 4 dollars a month. It feels so good to have everything paid off. Now I'm rrying to rebuild my credit. It's a great program and so nice to get rid of the credit card debt. I feel free! :)

From the start to the end, everyone was very helpful. There was never a time where someone made me feel bad about my credit rating. They were always encouraging and helpful! The reminders of upcoming payments and the monthly statements are very helpful as well! This was by far the best decision I made. After my debt was paid off, my credit score has gone up around 30 points!!
