The website was easy to navigate, products seemed to be listed in a very logical way, descriptions were sufficient, prices accessible and competitive, ordering straightforward. The package arrived very promptly, well wrapped with a bonus packet of sweets (appreciated touch). Products were exactly as described. The clips themselves are strong and are far superior to anything else I’ve used or cheap alternatives on other sites. Even the small ones grip well. I’ll be using them for years to come. Great choice of funky colours too!

The items arrived as described, well-packaged, and felt professional-grade, making them a great addition to my kit. Their range of products is impressive, and the pricing is competitive for the quality offered, but, was slightly on the higher side. However, I did reach out to customer service with an inquiry and unfortunately did not receive a response- while this was a bit disappointing, it didn’t take away from the fact that the products themselves are excellent. If customer service responsiveness improves, CoolBlades would be an all-around fantastic shopping experience. Would I purchase from them again? Based on product quality alone, yes probably.
