I’ve heard of SKII a long time ago but hesitated to try it since it’s quite expensive for me. Then I received a Pitera kit as a gift and… surprise! I realized subtle changes to my skin within about 10 days. Softer, whiter, radiant… And with Genoptics spot essence, dark spots seem to fade subreptically. I’ve been using it just one month though … SKII products are worth the money Reliable and fast delivery. Strongly recommend it

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I advised they had delivered my product but were missing one of the products out of the box that I had ordered and paid for. They just keep saying it was delivered and to contact the courier company who said they delivered one box which was the box that only had 2 products in it when I had paid for 3.

The delivery took longer than i expected, it was about 2 weeks before the parcel was received in Auckland until it was delivered. Also it was just put in the letter box, I was under the impression that a courier delivered to the door (I was in at the time)

Product offered was different from the one delivered!! And explanation received from cosmetics Now (Veena S.) was very lame and unprofessional. She stated that “as per the supplier this is the new packing” and referred me to their website. REALLY! It is not the supplier BUT your company/website misleading potential buyers by presenting product using wrong packaging. I paid for product listed for sale on your website and if it’s not available anymore simply update your account. Otherwise it is an EXTORTION!! You still included picture of the old packaging within an email following up delivery and asking for review.
