Mar 07,2023Update: please disregard my previous review. I received my Parfum on 3/9/23. It was packaged perfectly and exactly what I ordered. Customer service did contact me via email and was very pleasant to work with. I would buy from this company again! I got SCAMMED! On 2/27/23 I ordered 75ml Bottega Veneta Eau De Parfum spray. Price $141.95, paid $132.01 with discount code. On 3/6/23 I received a small USPS envelope with two pieces of cardboard in it. I wish I could post a photo. I tried calling customer service at 888-668-2920. “Unfortunately we cannot connect your call at this time”.

I was kept informed at all times on the progress of my order, and even notified after it was delivered. My order was split into 2 shipments, both arrived within a day of each other. Maybe I was lucky, but very happy with my experience.

Apr 20,2023For the first time, I purchased 2 products created by Bath and Body Works from Cosmetics Now website. The website looked a bit scketchu but I took a chance. The products I ordered was Rose Water and Ivy by Bath but to my disappointment I reduced a Replacement product called ‘Rose’ by Bath and Body works. Any woman’s that has shopped at Bath and Body works knows that these are different products. I emailed and called and received an email response a few days later stating “can you keep it for 20% off?”; I was so shocked, I asked for a complete refund. I was lied to and this company deliberately sent me a different product. When I resent an email again asking for the correct product to be sent or full refund. They said “It was repackaged and is the same product.” This is laughable, the item I ordered is discontinued by Bath and Body works and the Rose product they sent me is being sold right now in their stores. This is almost laughable, I have reported them to the BBB to further investigate. Keep away from these Scammers; their not in America either and have a Fake Chicago address on their website. Just pathetic.
