Sep 07,2021Very poor online customer service I ever seem. It’s very hard to reach customer service agent, no matter by online chatting or email or phone calling, it take over 3-7 days to replying. They never answer to the right questions, always trying to avoid answer or told me to direct reach to original supply company for question. They said shipping fee to Canada over 95$ but it’s fake still paid for shipping and tax + duties fee. The price more expensive than other website and it is harder to search the products even they are in list still not show up, No matter what I typed, only see the same several products that they want sale its. So disappointed ☹️ I tried so hard to order lot of products because I would like to try them and would like to try with this website because it shipping to Canada over 95$ but it is not true.

I could not order these products that I needed from NZ under the Level 4 restrictions and who knows when Auckland will come out of theirs, so it was great to have another option to order from. Would highly recommend the efficient delivery service and the support from customer service. Aug 17,2021PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS! I ordered Tom Ford White Suede, black bottle, and it has been horrible. They sent me the wrong perfume, weeks after I ordered and tried to get any shipping information from them. The product came and I sent pictures showing what I ordered and what I received. There is still no resolution or communication from the company and I have never been more disappointed. They have clear cut pictures of what I ordered and what they sent-and this is not a cheap perfume. I worked hard for the money I spent on it. What little communication I received was blamed on covid-I am a nurse and understand-but it never stated it was coming from out of country before hand and they have never fixed the issue and given me the correct perfume I ordered. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Many reviews reflect this. Read them. This was a huge treat for me and now I have nothing.

Aug 16,2021The company's ads appear to be in Australia, and their website also advertises in New Zealand. However, the goods are shipped from Hong Kong China. I was really surprised. And I chose DHL as my delivery company, and DHL handed it over to 3rd party delivery company. On the day of delivery, the driver came too early in the morning and I missed it. But they said that it would be delivered the next day, so I waited all day, but it didn't arrive. Even after 4 days.. I have contacted DHL and nz courier several times, but nothing has changed. That's not very professional. I can't give a rate about items that hasn't arrived until today, but it's really disappointing.
