After reading reviews I was skeptical but I am based in New Zealand my items came from New York and they came faster than my items from Australia! Good customer service and speedy response to emails. Sep 17,2021I emailed to complain that one of my items was old and stale - the surface of the pot rouge should be smooth, instead of blotchy. I even attached pics ! After the initial reply to say they will look into it, I haven’t heard anything back for 1 whole week. And this is despite a followup email ! If they take customer satisfaction seriously, they should just replace the item asap. They obviously don’t. With dodgy product quality and poor after sales service, I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
