Amazing experience from start to finish. The couch itself is the most comfortable one I’ve owned to this day. Easy assembly, I was able to put it together by myself, because I couldn’t wait for my husband to get home. I definitely recommend Cozey. We already have plans to upgrade the couch to a sectional in the future when we move to a bigger place, something that’s easy to do since it’s modular.
The couch that we purchased was the Cozy Ciello XL in the Sunset Beige color (performance fabric), with the chaise and an ottoman. Although we were really excited for this couch, over time it was disappointing. The fabric has already started pilling, and the cushions also lose their firmness, so it’s not as supportive and can get uncomfortable when sitting for extended periods. The quality of this couch does not hold up with the price, especially when comparing to other couches at a similar price point. We expected better for the price that we paid. We have only had the couch for approximately 6 months. Do not recommend.
While I'm happy with my Atmosphere couch and the customer service has been great, the shipping and delivery process was a nightmare. When I expressed this to the Cozey team, they did their due diligence to make it right - and they did.
My Cozey Ciello arrived pretty much the day after I placed the order. The fastest shipping I’ve ever experienced. I love my Ciello. The cushions do come pretty firm and require being sat on for a day to lose the overstuffed look, but the materials are high quality, it was easy to assemble and is quite comfortable. Highly recommend this couch.

Great experience at the in person store with the rep who helped us put together our cart for a complicated order. We also had an issue with missing a couple parts and the online customer service quickly helped us locate them (they were zipped into the arm rest!) only issue was that items came in 15 boxes which were received over the course of week so hard to tell if everything was accounted for at first.
The delivery service with purolator was a nightmare

There was a long delay in the shipment with the sofa. When it arrived, one connector leg was missing. Cozey shipping the leg but the screws were missing. I still have sofa without one leg pending to receive the screws:(
Website is great to use and customer support has been pretty much flawless. We changed our minds about the cover colors and the arm styles. Shipping back with return labels was simple and fast. Just be prepared to have a LOT of cardboard boxes to recycle afterwards… Is it the absolute best couch ever? I don’t know. You can feel a little these are made in china (it does not feel like luxury furnitures), but I do think the price is fair, the customization options are unmatched and the customer support delivers its promises.

We love our Atmosphere with storage. Extra blankets and pillows have a place to tuck away as well as seasonal dog toys. It's great to be able to move pieces around to have a couch island for the whole family to lounge on at the same time.
