Jan 28,2025Took a little bit of time to finally recieve the sectional, however Cozy could not control the Canada Post strike. Everything came as explained, easy to put together, and most importantly very comfortable. Nice quality materials, and solid design. Only disappointment was the chaise lounge. It has not puffed up as much as the rest of the couch. We are coming up on 3 weeks and it is about a third the thickness as all other cushions. Customer service was great to deal with, ticket was created, and I think we will be ordering a replacement this coming week. Overall, the entire family is very pleased with the product. It dresses up our living room well. Thanks Cozy!

Jan 28,2025Supposed to be pet friendly but my dog's fur get stuck in the woven fabric and it's super hard to get it out. So I guess it's pet friendly if your pet doesn't shed.

Jan 28,2025Ordering online was easy and the couch came in 4 days. Unfortunately, I had to exchange some items and it took me 4 employees to finally have an awesome one that helped me out properly. My exchanged items were picked up by Purolator and the new items came in three separate deliveries within two weeks, which was OK because I work from home but I can imagine it being pretty inconvenient for someone who doesn’t. I’m still waiting for the grips for the bottom of the couch legs to come as they were forgotten. Having said that I love my Atmosphere storage couch. Just a note - putting the couch together is a huge job for one person. You definitely want a friend to help. I would recommend Cozey provide a service that assembles the furniture for you and takes away the boxes.

Jan 27,2025We purchased the Ciello XL with chaise and ottoman. Couch and cushions are very comfortable, but we are not happy with the chaise because we can feel the hard section the seam portion where the extended cushion gets attached to the seat. Thank you for sending us a new one. It is a little fuller than the first one. Are there any suggestions for what we can do for the hard section?

Jan 27,2025Products are poorly made - don’t be fooled by their guaranteed warranty. They make you go through the miles to try and claim warranty but at the end would just throw you in the back burner and stop responding. Had to throw out a $2000 coach that didn’t assemble properly to begin with in 6 months.

Jan 26,2025“I’m extremely disappointed with this couch. It looked great online, but the quality is terrible. The cushions flattened within a month, offering zero support or comfort. The fabric feels cheap, and it started fraying after minimal use. To make matters worse, the frame squeaks every time you sit down, which is incredibly frustrating. Definitely not worth the price. Avoid this couch if you’re looking for something durable or comfortable.” Buyer beware don’t fall for this couch

Jan 24,2025Our couch arrived more than a month after the initial date that we were given. When it arrived it was missing pieces so we could not put it together. This was a very frustrating experience. When I reached out to customer support there was no recompense of any kind -- no discount, no gift certificate, etc. Very unhappy.

Jan 29,2025Shipping was extremely fast! Estimated to be a week and it came in 2-3 days. We love the modularity and style of our Ciello XL, but I will say it was extremely hard to assemble the arms. Some pieces just seemed to not slide in well at all and we struggled.
