Jul 31,2023After hearing nothing for a week after placing my order, I called to follow up. Initially I was told that it had been despatched the same day as the order was placed (which was a Sunday!). I was then told that despatch couldn't be reached and that someone would call me back. ( still waiting for that). The order arrived a few days later, having been dispatched the day after I called. This is unusual for this company, but it leaves a sour taste!

What a magnificent difference in the upgrade of the CPAP machines. She said it’s “Compact - easier to assemble, quicker, quieter, hose swivel, reusable filter, less parts to wash etc. I’m sorry I didn’t replace my machine earlier!”

Jul 30,2023I bought strapping the same as mu current one but it is way smaller and of course I cannot return it, which I do understand. From day one all of my products for my machine have been small, I certainly could not sleep with it once it was all attached, my face felt like it was all scrunched up, most uncomfortable.
