Aug 08,2023Although I don't use a CPAP machine, I needed something that would help me keep my mouth shut while I sleep to prevent snoring, dry mouth, drool on my pillow and pulsatile tinnitus. As to the latter, I found that the pounding stopped when I closed my mouth while trying to sleep but my mouth would slip open when I was relaxed. The chin and mouth strap has done what I needed it to do.
