Jul 12,2023I had previously emailed asking for guidance on a suitable full face mask for my mini. When it arrived I couldn't attach it. Was then advised I needed another part and also told I need different humid things. Another $65.00 on top of what I had already spent on the mask. The humid things don't fit so money spent that I didn't have to. The agent was so condescending I would not even attempt to request information on return and refund. Will go elsewhere for my supplies in future.
